Support / Rebuilding Index loop after creating a animation clip

Whenever I create a animation clip Unity starts Rebuilding Index, it finishes rather quickly, but after it finishes it starts again... and again... and goes on forever (I have to kill the unity process for it to stop).

(It does not appear in the screenshot, but the Rebuilding Index dialog is in the middle of the screen).

I just started using 2D toolkit (had it for some time, but never used it) and I'm having some problems with the Sprite Collection.
