Support / Individual Sprite Materials are reverting on commit?

I have created a second material in my SpriteColection and assigned it to an individual sprite, but when I go to commit the change, the material on that sprite reverts back to the original material.
I use to have this working fine, but I have only just noticed that it is no longer working. To check that it wasn't something going on with my project, I created a new project, downloaded the latest version of 2DTK and tested it again, but I got the same result.
I am wondering if it is a bug in the latest release of 2DTK, or perhaps an issue with the 4.3 update?
Please let me know if there is something I am doing wrong, or if I can provide any more information.
