Problem is occur when i attracted Rigid body to object and then duplicate it. i also unchecked use gravity option of rigid body. for more detail please checkout video link.
1. my version of unity is 4.2
2. 2d toolkit version is 2.10 final+hotfix1
3. i have imported NGUI and UnityVS
4. In video i tried this in empty scene and problem occur in empty project also. One more thing
problem occur when collider type is box trimmed and box custom
5. i didn't attracted other script with this object

if i add one tk2dsprite there is no problem but if i create a duplicate of it then both sprite's transformation (position,rotation) change continuously. please help  :'( :'(
