Support / Parallax scrolling issue

I've gotten the parallax scrolling to work in the game, but in the scene view its moving at a different pace. If I set the scrolling speeds lower than 1, the level in the scene view finishes faster and so in the game view there's still a lot of the level left. It's probably an easy fix but I can't get it to work .
