Support / Cannot see attach points in game

Hi,
I read over the attach points doc and created a Sprite with an Attach Point in the Sprite Collection Editor. However, when I add the attachpoint behaviour script, it doesn't create the attached sprites.
Even when I use the sample player asset that comes with 2D Toolkit and try to use the attach points that come stock with it, it does not display.
From the docs, it shows that the attachpoints have children sprites yet mine doesn't. Am I doing something wrong?
