Support / Team Workflow for Animations

Hello,
I'm developing a game with an artist and I leave all the animations to my artist so we both have the project file.
so my artist made some spritecollections and animations then sent the prefabs to me, but when I opened it on my project, it's messed up, some animations were not the same.
Am I missing something?
