Tiled sprite adds one draw call?

Hi
I'm confused about tiled sprites. If i have 2 sprites - tiled and simple, with the same material, i get one additional draw call. Why this happening?
Toolkit ver. 2.3.3
Unity 4.3.3f1

You've perhaps tiled too much? Dynamic batching is limited in the number of vert attributes it'll batch (

). If you exceed that amount by tiling, it will no longer batch.
