VerticalScrollable Are with TextInput

Hello, I try to create a menu for players write their nickname and can add a Textinput if there are more available with button (dont work).
But I have a problem when Start function work :  creating the Clone it not in the "Content" folder and textbox not vercticalement not move.
How i can move the clone into the Content folder ? Or i use wrong the Asset .. ?
