Ask : Masking a tk2dsprite with another tk2dsprite

Hi there, I have looking for masking for tk2d and I still haven't found it so far.

I already lurking into this problem in a forum and finally found something I'm looking for but too bad the solution is with a Shader ( I'm totally new to this shader stuff ) and trying to seek a help from here

Is there anybody can teach me / share a shader  for sprite masking like this one :
